Adana Kebab Recipe


  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons of chili paste
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation Of

To prepare our Adana kebab recipe, we take all the necessary ingredients into a kneading bowl.  Our preferred ground beef should be medium fat and must be ground once.  In addition to the ingredients we have provided, if you want it to be more delicious, you can add some tail oil.  We knead all our ingredients in the bowl we bought for about 15 minutes. It will be much better if the kneading process is done the night before and our Adana kebab mortar is left in the refrigerator overnight.  If you do not have such an opportunity, take care to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour after kneading.  We put our prepared mixture on our skewers by lubricating our hands. We cook it in the grill section of our oven and serve it. Enjoy your meal.
