Almond Deep Broad Bean Salad Recipe

Materials

  • 200 grams of fresh broad beans, frozen
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 8-10 pitted black olives
  • 1 handful of raw almonds
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • 1/2 bunch of cress
  • tiny leaves of 8-10 sprigs of spinach

For the sauce;

  • 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Steam the broad beans for 6-7 minutes. Remove the inner shells. Wash the greens thoroughly. Finely chop along with the stems. Roast the capia pepper, peel the skins and remove the inner cores. Finely chop. Lightly roast the almonds in a pan. Mix them all in the mixing bowl and transfer them to the serving plate. Pour the sauce over it. You can use goat cheese or tulum cheese instead of olives. Enjoy your meal.
