Anchovy Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kilo of anchovies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Half a cup of cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation Of

After cleaning the fish (cut off the head and empty the inside), let’s wash it thoroughly and drain the water.
Then, put it in a suitable container, sprinkle with salt, and mix it with our hands.
Let’s dip the anchovies in the cornmeal you put on the plate.
Let’s put oil in the pan and let it come to all sides with the help of a brush.
Let’s make a circle by arranging the fish in the same direction tightly, and let’s take our pan to the stove and let it cook for 7-8 minutes on high heat. You can cook your fish in one go according to your pan, or you can cook it in 3 portions.
After the bottom of the fish is fried, let’s put a flat lid on it and drain the excess oil into a separate bowl.
Then let’s turn the other side of our fish and pour the oil that we have drained on it again and let it fry.
When both sides of our fish are browned, let’s take it to the serving plate. Enjoy your meal..
