Anchovy Recipe


  • 500 grams anchovy
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 7-8 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

After cleaning the anchovies, wash them with cold water and drain the water thoroughly with a strainer. Heat the oil in the pan.
Dip the drained anchovies in corn flour mixed with salt and place the dried anchovies in the pan with the inside side. After the undersides are browned, flip it over with another pan and cook the other side. When your anchovies are fried, put a plate on the pan and take it to a plate. Serve with onions and greens of your choice. Enjoy your meal.
