Apple Cookie Recipe


  • 3 cups flour
  • 100 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar


  • 3 grated apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed walnuts

Preparation Of

Let the dough we kneaded rest for about 15 minutes by covering it with a clean cloth. Let’s take small meringues from the rested dough and open them on the counter with our hands. Let’s shape with our shape tool. Let’s put an apple on the side and wrap it like a spring roll. Let’s place the shaped cookies on the baking paper-lined tray. 20 minutes in a preheated 170 degree oven. let’s cook. When the bottom of the cookies is lightly browned, take them out of the oven and serve with powdered sugar on top. Enjoy your meal.
