Spread the dough on the greased round bore. Separate the dough the size of an orange for the top. Then apply the inner mortar on it. Roll out the dough you have separated with the help of rolling pin. Cut long with a knife. Then lay them on the inner mortar in strips. Brush egg yolk on it. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
