Artichoke Recipe with Olive Oil


  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 1 potato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 8 artichokes, peeled
  • Juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 bunch dill

Preparation Of
