Artichoke Soup with Avocado Recipe

Materials

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 10 shallot onions
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Dill

Preparation Of

Take olive oil, flour, salt, lemon juice, sugar in a bowl. Massage the artichokes with this sauce. Put the artichokes in the pot with their sauce. Add the shallots. Add enough hot water to come halfway up the artichokes. Cover the plate and cook until the artichokes are soft. Take the cooked artichokes on a serving plate. Drain the remaining sauce with the onions. Take the sauce with the shallots in a bowl. Add balsamic vinegar and mustard. Make a smooth sauce with a blender. Pour the sauce into the artichoke bowls. Peel and slice the avocado. Arrange on the artichokes. Garnish with dill. Drizzle olive oil on top and serve. Enjoy your meal.
