Ayvalık Toast Recipe


  • 4 pieces of quince toast bread (for 2 people)
  • 6 thin slices of cheddar cheese
  • 10 sausages (small)
  • 15 thin slices of salami
  • 7-8 slices of sausage
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small bowl of Russian salad
  • 3-4 pickled cucumbers salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil for sautéing the meat

Preparation Of

Finely chop the sausage and salami lengthwise (julienne). Slice the cheddar cheese, pickled cucumber and tomato lengthwise. Saute the sausages, salami and sausages separately in a teflon pan by adding very little oil. Heat the toasted breads in the machine for 1 minute, open the gaps and put the cheddar cheese slices and then the sausage, salami and sausage that you sauteed. Serve with the desired amount of russian salad, pickles and tomatoes.
