Bacon and Egg Pita Recipe


  • 6 cups of flour

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 gr. bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • Grated Cheddar

Preparation Of

When it is well kneaded, cover it with a cloth and leave it to ferment. Tear off 200 grams of meringues from the fermented dough. Roll it by hand and open it in a long oval shape with a rolling pin. Thinly fold the edges and put the bacon in it, break the egg on it and drizzle with the grated cheddar. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until the edges of the dough are browned.
