Baked Eggplant with Cheddar Cheese


  • 1 kg eggplant
  • 225 g cheddar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation Of

First, wash and dry the eggplants. Cut vertically. Line a baking tray on greaseproof paper. Sprinkle on olive oil, salt, pepper. Bake in a preheated 240 degree oven. Pour grated cheddar over the cooked eggplants. Wait until the cheddar is melted and remove. Enjoy your meal.
