Baked Plum Chicken Recipe

Materials

  • 1.5 kilos boneless thighs
  • 10 damson plums

For the marinade;

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 coffee cup of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 7-8 balls of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat starch
  • nutmeg grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Wash and drain the chickens in plenty of water. Chop julienne. Wash the plums in plenty of water. Cut in half and remove the cores. Combine all ingredients except plums and flour in a deep bowl and mix. Leave for 1 hour to marinate. Put your marinated chicken in the pan with its sauce and add starch. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Empty into the baking dish. Add the plums to it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. (50 minutes) Bon appetit.
