Bean Salad Recipe

Materials

  • bean pod
  • Fresh onion
  • Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lamb’s ears or arugula

Preparation Of

Cook the broad beans in boiling water. It stays green if the water is hot. Peel off the shells. Put the lamb’s ear and put the broad beans on it. Add salt, olive oil, some garlic, spring onion and lemon and serve. Enjoy your meal.
