Beet Salad with Tulum Cheese Recipe


  • 3 beets
  • 5-6 sprigs of lettuce
  • 5 tablespoons of Tulum Cheese Crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of boiled corn
  • 1/2 tablespoon sliced olives black-green
  • 6-7 walnuts, coarsely chopped

For the sauce;

  • 1 coffee cup of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Wash the beets thoroughly. Cut off the head and bottom parts. Boil whole and shelled for 10 minutes. Filter your water. Peel the skins and grate them with the coarse part of the grater. By the way, don’t forget to use gloves. Finely chop the lettuce. Put the beets on it. Sprinkle with corn, olives, tulum cheese and walnuts. Mix sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over it. Enjoy your meal.
