Belen Pan Recipe


  • 500 grams of red meat
  • 15 shallots (or a head onion)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be increased or decreased according to the salt ratio of the tomato paste you will use)

Preparation Of

We chop the meat into a bird’s head.
We place the meat under the baking tray that we will cook.
We chop the onions, peppers and add them to the meat, respectively, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the meat.
We add olive oil, tomato paste and spices and mix it with our hands like a little kneading.
Finally, add the butter in its solid form.
If we want to use it, we can add some tail oil into it.
We cover it with foil in the oven at 200 degrees and cook it until the meat is cooked. The cooking time of each meat may differ, please let’s cook it under control.
