Preparation Of

First of all, to make the meat; Let’s pass the onion, egg and parsley through the rondo, pour it over our meat in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and spices, knead it and divide it into 6 equal parts in a long, flat shape and arrange it on a tray. Let’s wait for 30 minutes in the fridge for the last time, our meat absorbs itself better this way. To make our lavash; Let’s take flour, water, salt, knead a dough according to its measurements. Then, let’s roll our dough to the size of the pan we will cook with a rolling pin, cook it lightly on both sides without over-frying in the hot pan, put it on a cloth and cover it immediately. Let’s continue the same process until all the lavash dough is finished. We bake our meatballs in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let’s cook. To put the sauce on the lavash, let’s put the butter in the saucer and let’s add the tomato paste and fry it until it smells raw. Finally, add water and let it boil until it gets a little thick. Finally, let’s put the sauce on the lavash, take our meat, wrap it and cut our couplets in the form of obliques. Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let’s fry our beyti, at the end, pour the butter sauce on it, add the remaining sauce on it, serve with yoghurt and pistachios if you wish. I say it’s easy for those who will do it now. Bon appetit.
