Preparation Of

Wash the meat abundantly and add black pepper, bay leaf, garlic and water in a pressure cooker and boil for 20 minutes. Take the meat in a separate pot and add the water to it by straining it with a wire strainer. Peel the carrots and potatoes and chop them coarsely. Peel off the skins of the onions.
