Boiled Stuffed Meatballs with Yogurt Recipe

Materials

Boiled kibbeh ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of barren bulgur
  • about two glasses of hot water

  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup of semolina
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Ingredients for the Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation Of

1.5 cups of bulgur wheat is taken in a deep bowl.
Add about two glasses of hot water to cover it.
It is covered and the bulgur is expected to swell.
Take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and fry it.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix.
400 grams of medium-fat ground beef is added and roasted well.
After our minced meat is well roasted, our spices are added last.
Add 1 glass of semolina to our swollen bulgur and mix it.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and one egg yolk.
Our bulgur mixture is placed on a tray and kneaded well.
Half a glass of coarsely chopped walnuts are added to our cooled stuffing.
Walnut-sized pieces are cut from our bulgur mortar. It is shaped by carving with our hands. A teaspoon of minced meat is put into it and rolled by closing its mouth.
Put water in a deep pot and boil it.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to it.
The meatballs we prepared are slowly dropped into the water. When the cooked meatballs start to rise above the water, they are taken out of the water.
The sauce we prepared with 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of red pepper flakes melted in a pan is poured over it. Our hot and hot stuffed meatballs are ready to be served.
