Materials

2 mean spinach
1 onion
2 tablespoons of bulgur
2 tablespoons of oil
Black pepper
Salt

For the above

A bowl of yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
ground pepper

Preparation Of

Wash and dry the spinach. Chop the spinach. Fry the chopped onion with vegetable oil. Add the spinach. Fry on high heat. Add spices and salt. Add the bulgur and mix. Cook until the bulgur is soft. After it is warmed, mix it with the garlic yoghurt. Drizzle the pepper oil on it. Enjoy your meal.
