Broccoli Recipe


  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Cut the onion in piyaz and lightly fry it in olive oil. Add the carrot, potato and pepper and fry some more. Add the garlic. Add enough water to cover and cook. Then place the broccoli on the pot.
