Buffalo Yogurt Recipe

Materials

  • 3 liters of buffalo milk
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt (to be used as yeast)

Preparation Of

Pour the buffalo milk into a deep saucepan. Let it boil over medium heat until it boils.
After it starts to boil, boil it for 3-4 minutes on low heat, stirring with a spoon, until the milk overflows. Then turn off the stove.
Pour into the container (casserole dish, glass jar, etc.) that you will ferment as yogurt and leave to cool.
Wash your hands and check the temperature of the milk with your pinky finger.
Count to 7-8 seconds. If it has reached a temperature that cannot stand after 8 seconds, your milk is ready to ferment.
Take the yoghurt yeast in a bowl. Take 2 tablespoons of your warmed milk on it and mix it. Then add it to your milk and mix.
Cover it and leave it to ferment for 7 hours so that it maintains its temperature and does not get cold.
Rest your fermented milk in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. It is ready to eat after 1 day.
