Cereal Cookie Recipe


  • 250 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2.5 cups cornstarch
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Put the chocolate paste in a heatproof glass bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and melt it in a bain-marie. Rinse the cornflakes so that they are not too crumbly and transfer them to the plate.
