Oil and salt are added to the pasta water, boiled and filtered. Oil is taken into the pan you filtered and when it melts, a lot of crumbled cheese is added and it is turned for a couple of turns. Then, the drained pasta is added and blended in such a way that it is covered all over.
Since it integrates with the oil and melts slightly, it looks like creamy and is more delicious with oily cheese that tends to melt. Since the cheese is salty, we do not add any additional salt.
