- 1 pack of room temperature margarine (250 g)
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teacup of oil
- 2 eggs (on top of one yolk)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (add 2 more tablespoons if you like the sugary taste)
- Flour (about 5.5 cups)
Mix yeast and sugar in warm milk and let it activate for 10 minutes.
Add margarine, salt, oil, egg and milk mixture in a bowl, then add the flour gradually, make a very soft dough.
Make a walnut-sized dough and put the cheese inside. (There is no parsley in the recipe, you can add it if you wish)
Arrange on a greased tray. Brush it with egg yolk and make scratches with a fork. Bake in a 200-degree oven until golden brown.
