Chicken on Rice Recipe

Materials

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4.5 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of barley vermicelli
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 medium sized chicken breast

For the chicken sauce;

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Preparation Of

First of all, let’s boil the chicken, put less than half a tea glass of oil in the pot, throw the noodle on it and fry it until it turns pink.
In the meantime, we put the rice in the strainer and wash it, after the water is filtered, we pour it into the pot, let’s fry the rice a little, not too much.
Then let’s pour the chicken broth, after it boils, let’s turn the heat down and cook for 20 minutes, after the water is removed, let’s turn the heat off and let it rest.
Let’s shred the boiled chicken, put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan, put the tomato paste, spices and melt the tomato paste.
