Chicken Recipe with Baked Vegetables


  • 1 whole chicken, shredded
  • 5-6 green peppers
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • A clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Black pepper
  • paprika

Preparation Of

Mix chicken with salt, olive oil and seasonings. Chop the vegetables not too small. Mix together with tomato paste and chicken. Drizzle oil on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, by laying greaseproof paper on it. Let it stay in the oven for about 1.5 hours. Stir once halfway through. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
