Chicken Recipe with Tahini Sauce


  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 1 green pepper

Preparation Of

In a deep bowl, mix the tomato paste, pepper paste, tahini, vegetable oil, cumin, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and finely cut peppers. Then add diced chicken to this sauce. If you have time, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Or rest for 15 minutes. Cook in a deep Teflon pan over medium heat.
