Chicken Walnut Noodles Recipe


  • 500 grams of noodles
  • 3 glasses of water
  • Salt
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 6-7 black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of coarsely ground walnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon curry spice
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper (half in, half on)
  • mill black pepper
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Add water and salt to the pot and bring to a boil. Boil the noodles and drain. Wash the chicken abundantly and boil it in another pot by adding black pepper, bay leaf and water to cover it. Strain the water and let it cool. Chop the cooled chicken smaller than the cubed chicken. Add the chicken, walnuts and spices to the melted butter and sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add the noodles and mix.
