Chicken Wrap Recipe


For Crepes;

  • 1 egg
  • 2 glasses of water
  • flour as possible
  • Salt

For internal mortar;

  • 500 gr. chicken breast
  • 400 gr. mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 5 peppers
  • 1 tomato
  • Cumin, thyme, mint, paprika, salt

For the above;

  • 100 gr. cheddar cheese

Preparation Of

First of all, combine the pancake ingredients in a bowl and take 1 cup of the mortar that has the consistency of cake batter and cook it by turning it upside down in a preheated pan without oil.
Cook all pancake batter the same way.
Cut the chicken in julienne and cook it in the pan to which you have added oil, until it releases its water and evaporates. Add the chopped onions and peppers to the chicken and continue frying.
After the onions are softened, add the tomatoes you cut into cubes.
Then add the mushrooms that you cut lengthwise to the pan and wait for the mushrooms to absorb their water.
Finally, after adding the desired amount of spices, the bottom of the mortar that absorbs its water is closed and the mortar is left to cool.
Add the inner mortar you prepared to one side of the spills you spread on the counter and wrap it like stuffing.
To prevent the wraps from opening while baking, fold the edges inside and insert a toothpick after wrapping.
Sprinkle grated cheddar on the wraps you have placed on the baking tray.
Bake the cheddar in a preheated 250 degree oven until golden brown.
