Chocolate Sauce Gum Custard Recipe

Materials

For the custard;

  • 8 glasses of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat starch
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 pieces of mastic gum (beaten in a mortar)

Chocolate sauce;

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 80 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of butter

For the above;

  • Pistachio, almond, hazelnut, walnut and fruit (you can choose whatever you want according to your taste)

 

Preparation Of

Put milk, flour, starch, sugar in a saucepan and whisk. Add the butter and mastic gum. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Take the custard with eyes from the stove. Pour it into my debt. Let it cool at room temperature. Add the milk, sugar, cocoa and butter to the sauce pan and mix. Take it off the stove when it boils. Add the chocolate that you have broken into small pieces. Mix until it melts and has a smooth consistency. Pour the chocolate sauce over the cooled pudding and spread it. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Garnish by slicing. Enjoy your meal.
