Materials

For the Dough (Eggless)

  • one water glass this
  • one water glass fame
  • 2 tablespoon butter (30 grams)
  • 1/2-4 tea spoon salt

For the Dough (Egg)

  • one water glass this
  • one water glass fame
  • 2 tablespoon butter (30 grams)
  • 2 piece egg

To fry:

  • 1.5 water glass sunflower oil

For Coating:

  • 1/2 water glass granulated sugar
  • one dessert spoon cinnamon

For the Chocolate Sauce:

  • 130 gram dark chocolate (2 square packs)
  • 200 ml. milk cream (1 small box)

Preparation Of

For the dough, put water, butter and salt in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Add flour to the boiling mixture and cook on low heat until smooth. Let the cooked dough rest in a bowl until it is warm and put it in a piping bag.
For the egg dough, after the dough has cooled, add the eggs little by little, mix until a smooth consistency and put the mixture in a squeezing bag.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Cut the mixture into the hot oil to the desired length with the help of a piping bag and a knife. Bake until they turn light brown on the outside.
Remove the cooked dough on a napkin. Mix sugar and cinnamon and drizzle the hot dough into the mixture.
For the sauce, break or chop the chocolates finely. Boil the cream, pour it over the chocolates and mix.
You can serve ready-made churros with sauce. Enjoy your meal.
