For the dough
- 4.5 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt (Approx.)
- 1-1.5 glasses of water (Add in control)
- For internal mortar
350 g medium-fat ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of water
- Liquid oil
Sift the flour into a deep mixing bowl. Add salt and water and knead until you get a smooth dough with a hard consistency. Cover it and let it rest until you prepare the filling.
For the stuffing, grate the onion into the minced meat. Add enough salt, pepper and water and mix.
Divide the dough into balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface the size of a cake plate. Put the ground meat in it, close it in a half moon shape and cut the edges with a roulette cutter or the edge of a tea plate. Open and prepare all the meringues in the same way. Then, heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fritters to a golden color. Drain excess oil on a paper towel and serve hot.
