Crepe Pastry Recipe

Materials

  • 1 cup of flour (measures a cup of 300 ml)
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 2 eggs

  • a pinch of parsley
  • Too little oil to grease the pan

Preparation Of

Mix all the ingredients. Add the small chopped parsley and stir. Either in a pancake pan or in a non-stick pan, put 1 ladle. Spread it all over. Make sure it is thin.
