- 4 artichokes
- 1 onion
- Juice of half a lemon
- A few sprigs of spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon flour
Cut the onions small. Fry in a little olive oil. Cut the artichokes into 4 and add the lemon juice. Turn the flour in 1 glass of water and add it to your food. Add the fresh onion, sugar and dill after the meal is cooked a little. Dinner is ready. Enjoy your meal.
