Cretan Artichoke Recipe


  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A few sprigs of spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon flour

Preparation Of
