Crispy Fresh Beans with Yogurt Recipe

Materials

  • 500 grams of fresh beans
  • 2 tablespoons of cornmeal
  • 1 coffee cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
  • Salt

For the Yogurt Mix;

  • 200 grams of strained yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 clove of garlic grated
  • Salt

For sauce;

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ground pepper

Preparation Of

Wash the beans thoroughly and cut off the ends. Steam whole for 20 minutes. Put the boiled beans on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, add olive oil, corn flour, onion powder, garlic powder, ground pepper, black pepper and salt, mix. Then spread on the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Stir in the yogurt mixture. Spread the yogurt mixture on the serving plate. Take the olive oil in the pan off the stove. Add the chili powder and mix. Drizzle over the sauce. Serve by arranging the beans on top. Enjoy your meal.
