Crispy Okra Recipe


  • 500 g large okra
  • 1/2 (half) bottle of mineral water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 (half) teaspoon of salt

To fry:

  • Liquid oil

Preparation Of

Let’s remove the ends of the okra. Let’s wash and dry.
Whisk eggs, flour and mineral water in a suitable bowl. Let’s add the salt.
Pour plenty of oil into a suitable pan. Let’s dip the okra in sauce and fry it in a pan.
Take it on a paper towel lined plate.
Let’s serve it warm.
Let’s serve with garlic yoghurt. Bon appetit.
