Crispy Pastry Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil

Preparation Of

Fry the minced meat with oil and add the finely chopped leeks and red pepper. When the leeks are cooked, add tomato paste and spices, cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat and leave to cool. For the sauce, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and mix. (can be apple or grape cider vinegar) Place the dough on a flat surface. Spread the sauce on it.
Sprinkle starch on the pastry with a tea strainer. It will be enough to sprinkle 1 teaspoon on each phyllo dough. Let’s do the same for the second yufka. In the same way, let’s do the same for the 3rd yufka. Wrap it tightly. Then cut the roll with a knife. Arrange on greaseproof paper. Brush egg yolk on it. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Enjoy your meal.
