Crispy Ravioli Recipe

Materials

  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

FOR INTERNAL MORTAR:

  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 glass of Aynes strained yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Aynes butter
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Preparation Of

Sift the flour into a deep mixing bowl. Make a hole in the middle and add the egg and salt. Add water gradually and knead until you get a firm dough. Cover the dough and rest for 30 minutes. Take the minced meat in a bowl and add the grated onion and garlic. After adding salt and pepper, knead and leave to rest. Divide the rested dough into balls. Flour the counter and open it thinly with the help of a rolling pin. Divide your dough into thin strips and then into squares and place the inner mortar in the middle. Cover the opposite corners of these squares first and then the other opposite corners and collect them on a floured tray. Heat the frying oil in a large pan and fry the ravioli in it. Prepare the sauce by mixing Aynes strained yogurt and garlic. Take Aynes butter in a sauce pan and add red pepper powder and heat it up. Take the fried ravioli on a serving plate and pour Aynes strained yogurt on it. Serve with red oil.
