Crispy Ravioli Recipe


For the dough:

1 cup of warm milk
1.5 cups of warm water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt

Garlic Yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons of butter

For the ravioli dough, take the other ingredients, except flour, into the kneading bowl and mix.
Add flour gradually and knead until you get a hard dough that does not stick to the hand.
Make any size balls from the dough and cover them with a damp cloth.
For the stuffing, grate the onion and knead it with the ground meat and spices.
Open the meringues thinly with the help of a rolling pin and remove the round mold with the help of a tea glass.
Put the inner mortar on it and fold it in a semicircle like in the pictures, close the edges well and then connect the two ends.
Make the remaining dough into meringue and repeat the same process.
Cook the ravioli you prepared in plenty of hot oil.
Transfer it to a paper towel lined plate first and then to a serving plate to absorb excess oil.
For the tomato paste sauce, melt the butter and fry the mint and tomato paste. Pour half a cup of hot water over it and mix.
Pour the garlic yoghurt and then the tomato paste sauce on the ravioli.
