Crispy Ravioli Recipe


For the dough;

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For internal mortar;

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

For Sauce;

  • Garlic Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

For Frying;

  • Liquid oil

Preparation Of

For the ravioli dough, put the other ingredients, except flour, into the kneading bowl and mix. Add flour gradually and knead until you get a hard dough that will not stick to the hand. Divide the dough into several pieces and roll them out. Cover it with a cloth.

For the stuffing, grate the onion and knead it together with the minced meat and spices. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Make round molds with the help of a tea glass. Put the inner mortar on it and fold it in a semi-circle first. Then connect the two ends. Cook the ravioli you prepared in plenty of hot oil. Place on a plate lined with a paper towel. When the oil is absorbed, transfer it to the serving plate.

For the tomato paste, melt the butter. Put the sauce on it. After cooking, you can add garlic yoghurt and tomato paste sauce on top of the ravioli and serve.
