Preparation Of
To boil the chicken; Take your chicken drumsticks in your pot. Take the coarsely chopped carrots and onions in it. Add black pepper, bay leaf and water and boil. For the dough; Divide your dough into 3 finger-wide pieces. Place the phyllo dough you have prepared on top of each other in your glass baking dish by applying sunflower oil between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown. For bechamel; Add butter to a small saucepan and melt it. Add flour and turn it 2-3 times until you smell it. In a separate bowl, take water, yogurt, eggs, crushed and finely chopped garlic and mix with a wire whisk. Put it in the pot and mix it until it reaches a bechamel consistency and set it aside. To combine; Shred the boiled chicken, season it with salt and pepper and set aside. Take your fried yufka out of the oven and wet it by pouring 3-4 scoops of chicken broth on it. Spread the shredded chicken on the soaked phyllo. Spread the yoghurt bechamel on the chickens, put them in the oven, and cook for 7 – 8 minutes until the bechamel takes a little color. Heat the butter and cayenne pepper in a small skillet. Serve by drizzling over your groom’s leg that has come out of the oven.
