Decent Yoghurt Soup Recipe


  • 1 glass of barley vermicelli or vermicelli 2 fingers missing
  • 6 glasses of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For her dressing;

  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of yogurt

For the above;

  • Mint
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation Of

The oil is poured into the pan. Then the barley noodle is added and roasted until lightly browned. After frying, water is added and left to boil. In a bowl, flour, egg and yogurt are whisked for dressing. 2 ladles of soup water are added to the pot that we seasoned from the boiling soup, mixed and poured into the pot. Then the butter is melted and poured into the soup, sprinkled with mint and cooked for another 5 minutes.

Note: If the consistency of the soup is thick, add hot water and cook for 5 minutes.
