Take the fermented dough on the floured counter. Let’s open it not too thin. If there is a donut mold, you can cut it with an open water glass, if not, you can use a bottle cap in the middle.
Let’s cut our greaseproof paper square by square so that the donut fits and place our donuts on it. I covered it with a clean cloth. Let it rest covered for 1 hour. Let’s put oil in our pan, let’s heat our oil on medium heat in the middle of the stove. Let’s make sure the oil is hot so the donuts don’t absorb the oil. Let’s put our donuts on greaseproof paper into the hot oil slowly. The reason why we use oiled paper is to cook them the same way, so that they do not deform and do not burn your hands.
