Dried Tomato Zahter Salad

Materials

  • 1 bowl of zahter
  • 7-8 dried tomatoes
  • 5-6 walnut kernels
  • 10-15 crushed green olives
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 5-6 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Salt

Preparation Of

First, boil your tomatoes with half a cup of water. Soften and chop finely. Take it in the mixing bowl. Finely chop the spring onions, parsley, rosemary and garlic. Mix them all together. Take it on a serving plate and add coarsely chopped walnuts and olives on it and serve. Enjoy your meal.
