Dry Cacik Recipe

Materials

2 cups strained yogurt
2 tablespoons of fine bulgur
1 tablespoon of dried mint
2 cucumbers
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh mint or dill

Preparation Of

Boil the bulgur. Chop the cucumber into cubes. Finely chop the mint and mix all the ingredients well. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and serve cold. Enjoy your meal.
