Eggplant and Chickpea Appetizer Recipe

Materials

  • 3 roasted eggplants
  • 3 spoons of yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of boiled chickpeas
  • olive oil
  • ground pepper

Preparation Of

Cut the roasted eggplants into small pieces and mix them with the garlic yogurt. Fry the boiled chickpeas in a pan with a little oil. Serve on top of your yogurt salad. Enjoy your meal.
