Eggplant Appetizer Recipe


  • 1 kg eggplant
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 500 g yoghurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • oil for frying
  • walnuts for topping

Preparation Of

Wash and peel the skins off the potatoes. Chop into cubes. Fry it. Wash and dice the eggplants. Put it on the potatoes when they are fried. Crush the garlic and add to the yogurt. Pour the yogurt over the fries. Garnish with walnuts.
