Falafel Salad Recipe

 

Falafel Salad Ingredients

  • 1 glass of chickpeas – soaked in water for
  • 1 night 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4-5 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2-3 spoons of flour (as much as it takes)

Ingredients for Salad

  • 100 gr. Mediterranean Greens
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ vineyard sorrel
  • ¼ core lettuce Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cheese
  • Corn

Preparation Of

For falafel; Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Separate the leaves of the parsley and coriander leaves. Then throw all the ingredients except the flour into the rondo and pass it so that it remains a little lumpy. Make sure it’s not completely pureed. Add 2-3 spoons of flour to this mixture and knead. Make walnut-sized balls from the mixture you have obtained. Add a generous amount of oil to a pan and heat it. Deep fry your meatballs in oil.

For the salad; Whisk the salt and olive oil in a large salad bowl. Then put all the ingredients in your mixing bowl and blend them with olive oil. Take the salad into a serving bowl and place the falafel balls on it. Pour corn and grated cheddar on it and serve. Enjoy your meal.
