- one package fettucine pasta
- 2nd tablespoon butter
- 2nd tablespoon olive oil
- 200 gram mushrooms
- 300 gram chicken breast
- 3 tooth garlic
- one water glass cream
- 1/4 bundle basil
- 1/2 water glass grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper one tea spoon

For the pasta sauce; Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add 200 grams of sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté on high heat. After the mushrooms are sautéed, add 300 grams of julienne chicken and continue sautéing. Season the chicken and mushrooms with 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Then add 1 glass of cream, half a glass of grated Parmesan cheese and a handful of chopped fresh basil, mix well and let it cook over low heat. Boil water in a separate pot, add a teaspoon of salt and pasta and leave to boil for 8 minutes.Drain the boiled pasta and put it in the sauce pan without rinsing. Serve the pasta, which has been cooked for about 5 minutes with the sauce, with grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Enjoy your meal!
