Flour Halva Recipe


  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of flour

  • 1.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2, 3 drops of lemon

Preparation Of

For sherbet, take the sugar and water in a deep bowl. Boil over medium heat until bubbling without touching the metal spoon. Turn it down and let it cool. For our halvah, first add butter and then oil to the granite pan. Then add the flour and fry it. Continue frying on medium heat until the color darkens. When the color reaches the desired consistency, add the syrup slowly and mix. It will start to solidify. Then turn off the heat and rest for 5 minutes. Take the size of a tablespoon and arrange on a plate. Enjoy your meal.
